Terms
Subscriptions are on a monthly basis and automatically renew until cancelled by the user via the Post-Magic.com website.
The default subscription cancellation is at the end of the time period paid for. Users can choose to immediately cancel new postings without a refund of any unused time for the subscription period.
Post-Magic.com is a fully automated service with no human interaction that posts the data uploaded by the user to a social media site such as Bluesky. Therefore, the user is exclusively responsible and liable for all uploaded content.
Post-Magic.com follows the published API specifications from a social media sites such as Bluesky and is not responsible for API specification changes, API limitations, API errors, or API server downtime.
All terms and conditions, plan details, pricing, and privacy policies are subject to change. Users with current subscriptions will be notified via email.
In the event of a pricing change, the new pricing will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

Privacy
Post-Magic.com collects and stores your email address, social media user id, the API access token you have created to enable Post-Magic.com to make posts on your behalf, and the post data you have entered and uploaded. Other than the social media site where posts are made on your behalf, this information is not shared with any other parties.
Post-Magic.com runs on a Linux Ubuntu server with industry standard log files and log file rotation, which means that log data is only maintained for a finite and variable length of time.
Post-Magic.com uses the PayPal subscription payment system, and collects and stores the subscription type (e.g. "Plan Bluesky 96", subscription start date, and subscription PayPal transaction id). All user subscription payment information (e.g. first name, last name, credit card information, etc.) are stored on PayPal secure servers and not stored by Post-Magic.com.
Post-Magic.com operates under the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States of America, and will respond to lawfully served written orders from Nevada and USA courts.
About
The Post-Magic.com website uses Single Page Architecture, which means that the website only needs to be loaded a single time. Re-loading the website causes the current user to be logged out and returns to Home.
The Post-Magic.com website requires two factor authentication via email for user login, therefore only the user's email address is required for login (there is no password since two factor authentication validates that the user is authorized).
